Rapid evolution: accelerating the pace of change

t-three and Kiddy & Partners are holding this virtual event which considers and shares up-to-date research on the knotty challenge of how we can accelerate the rate and extent of growth and change in our organisations. We have termed this the challenge of creating rapid evolution.

What the session will look like:

• Sharing research and insights from organisations that have achieved growth, or accelerated change beyond expectations, competition or predicted trajectories.
• Pinpointing what these organisations have in common or how they approached growth and change to achieve these results. 
• Drawing out some learning we could apply to our own organisations and the growth and change challenges ahead of us.
