Stuart Turner's acquisition of GAH Heating

We have advised Stuart Turner on the acquisition of GAH (Heating Products) Limited’s Coldstream, Dualstream, Boosterstream and Electrastream trading assets.

This acquisition complements Stuart Turner’s existing low mains water pressure solutions brand, Mainsboost, and consolidates their position in this sector. Mainsboost products relieve the problem of low mains water supply, ensuring enhanced and constant pressure and flow rates to multiple outlets on demand.

The patented Electrastream brand, which also forms part of the acquisition, offers a simple and cost effective solution for hot and cold water supply and central heating, using water filled radiators or blended underfloor heating.
