We have advised specialist manufacturer, Trackwise Designs Plc, on its oversubscribed £12.6m AIM fundraising.

Trackwise Designs Plc manufactures products using printed circuit technology. The range of potential applications for their products includes telecommunications, aviation, automotive and defence.

The open offer, announced on 20 November 2020, closed oversubscribed and raised over £12.6m to support the company’s growth plans for the future.

Trackwise Designs plan to increase their Improved Harness Technology manufacturing capability and capacity in the UK. They will utilise this technology, which focuses on flexible printed circuits, to capitalise on growing opportunities within the electric vehicle, medical and aerospace sectors.

Our team, led by Corporate partner Paul Cliff, included solicitors Sophie Denton and Bahez Talabani.

Paul Cliff commented: “It was great to work with the team at Trackwise again, after advising on their IPO in 2018 and on the acquisition of Stevenage Circuits earlier this year, and to support them in implementing their exciting growth plans for the future.”
