We have advised AIM-listed Grafenia Plc on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Image Everything Limited.
Manchester-based Image Everything is one of the UK’s leading large format printers and exhibition/ display contractors. The sellers will remain with Image Everything, leading the team and further developing the business as part of Grafenia, who also operate in the design and print sector.
The team was led by Corporate partner, Nigel Brown and included Corporate solicitor Katherine Hornsby.
