- Acting for Shard Credit Partners in relation to all of its investments and private credit facilities made into UK businesses from its first fund.
- Acting for LDC in relation to its investment in a database, cloud and applications managed service provider including negotiating funding documentation with Ares and Clydesdale Bank plc.
- Acting for Palatine Private Equity in relation to its investment in a UK accountancy firm including negotiating funding documentation with Shawbrook Bank Limited.
- Acting for Lloyds Bank plc in its role as super senior lender in a syndicate alongside US funds.
- Acting for Santander UK plc in relation to revolving credit facilities provided to LEVC.
