How do you help clients?

I help clients negotiate complex (and sometimes not so complex) contracts for the provision of IT and IT related services. Acting for both suppliers and customers gives me a good understanding of “market” positions on most aspects of transactions which means cutting down on negotiating time and getting the deal done faster and less painlessly.
