Angelika Mieszczak

Expertise 

Angelika acts for a wide range of developers and housebuilders in the plot sales team. During her time at Gateley she has gained experience dealing with volume sales and building relationships with her clients who instruct her on their new and upcoming developments. Angelika is also a leader of a team consisting of other plot conveyancers, apprentices and assistants. 

Angelika is also experienced in other aspects of residential property conveyancing matters, such as freehold and leasehold purchases, shared ownership leases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and redemptions. 

How do you help clients?

I help my clients in achieving their financial targets and meeting deadlines by dealing with high volume sales timely and efficiently.

I also help my clients manage risk and make decisions by providing expert advice and guidance.
