Danielle currently works as a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team based in Manchester.
Since joining Gateley as a trainee solicitor in 2021, she has qualified into commercial disputes and assists senior fee earners, including partners, with a wide range of disputes, including:
- breach of contract
- business ownership disputes
- shareholder disputesÂ
- commercial contracts
- technology disputes
- debt recovery
- contentious probate.
Danielle’s experience to date includes assisting in mediations that resulted in successfully settling two high-value claims.Â
She also assisted a senior fee earner in a nine-week trial concerning a family dispute over ownership and control of several businesses.
In addition to her work at Gateley, Danielle co-founded AskTrainees in January 2022 to help aspiring solicitors with applications and to gain an insight into life as a trainee solicitor.
