Gareth has a wide range of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate work, and in particular development work. He acts for landowners, developers and local authorities in relation to large scale development and regeneration schemes.
Experience
- Acting for the developer regarding a Framework Agreement with Salford City Council providing for regeneration of the Ordsall Estate. This regeneration scheme has taken in a number of housing sites, and a significant mixed use development including supermarket, hotel, retail, residential and car park accommodation.
- Acting for the developer on the mixed use town centre development at Urmston, Greater Manchester.
- Acting for local authorities in relation to town centre developments at Middleton, Greater Manchester and Penrith, Cumbria.
