Having worked in the land referencing industry for several years, Harnik has gained valuable knowledge through extensive contact and non-contact site visits for various Development Consent Order (DCO) and Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) projects on behalf of National Grid, Network Rail, and local councils.
Harnik has also worked on the Book of Reference and Schedules for High Speed 2 (HS2) and The London Resorts Projects.
How do you help clients?
I help clients identify parties and their rights that have interests with the land or property within the proposed area of redevelopment.
I also help clients identify any issues of which they weren’t previously awareand find alternative solutions for them.
Experience
- Handling and processing Land Interest Questionnaires (LiQs) and Requisitions for Information (RFIs) for various projects.Â
- Providing site visits for National Grid in relation to new pipelines and site visits for HS2 Phase 2.
- Maintaining Notices and conducting land referencing visits to Northumberland for a new railway.
- Dealing with enquires from affected parties in relation to the CPO and/or DCO projects that are affecting their land or property, such as for The London Resorts Project in Essex and Kent.
- Helping maintain the schedules and Book of Reference.
