Jane acts for cargo owners, cargo insurers, freight forwarders, haulage companies, shipowners and charterers. Many of her cases involve pursuing or defending cargo claims, advising on contracts and acting on a wide range of shipping disputes.

Jane acts for businesses and individuals who have problems getting a claim paid under an insurance policy.
