Jordan specialises in a range of banking and related finance transactions including real estate finance, acquisition finance and leverage finance. He acts for a range of clients including UK banks and financial institutions as well as corporate borrowers.
Jordan has experience of drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, as well as dealing with ancillary documents for finance transactions. Prior to joining Gateley, Jordan undertook a three-month secondment in the lending and securities team of a challenger bank.
Experience
- Advising a UK-based housebuilding group in relation to a revolving credit facility of up to £100m to facilitate their ongoing acquisitions and developments.
- Advising Santander UK plc in relation to a £59m term loan facility for a UK-based student accommodation group.
- Acting for Santander UK Plc in arranging a £19.5m term loan and revolving credit facility for a UK-based nursery group.
- Acting for OakNorth in arranging a business trading facility of £17.2m to refinance sponsor loan notes and bridging facilities.
