What problems do you help clients with?

I help support boards of directors who are under pressure to operate their businesses in distressed periods whilst also complying with their duties to stakeholders. This involves providing clients with day-to-day support and in particular when it comes to dealing with financial creditors.

I similarly help financial creditors when it comes to analysing and assessing their exposure to borrowers with a view to maximising returns or mitigating any downside risks.

I advise businesses and creditors in the preparation and evaluation of contingency planning options and put together analyses, advice and documentation for corporate reorganisations, workouts, balance sheet restructurings, refinancings and distressed disposals/ acquisitions.
