Mel also maintains close collaborations with solicitors representing buyers to monitor any potential issues that may hinder the buyers’ ability to meet the builder’s deadlines. She has a proactive and solution-oriented attitude and promptly addresses any enquiries to find practical solutions, ensuring that the clients’ objectives are met within their desired timeframe.
Her role is to ensure a smooth and seamless conveyancing process for both our client and the buyer.
