- Acting for Roxhill/ Newlands Developments on the acquisition, development and disposal of numerous large-scale industrial logistics sites including Rugby Gateway, Peterborough Gateway and Coventry Airport.
- Acting for Stoford Developments on the acquisition, development and disposal of a site in Stone to Land Rover, comprising one of the largest vehicle fleet storage facilities in Europe.
- Acting for Regal Properties on the acquisition, development and disposal of a number of sites in Birmingham for high rise residential towers.
- Acting for Mountpark Properties on the acquisition, development and disposal of large-scale industrial logistics sites including Warrington and Baldonnell.
- Acting for Urban Villages on the acquisition, development and disposal of over a dozen sites for residential care homes and student accommodation developments.
