Rebecca is experienced in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, advising clients from various commercial sectors on a range of disputes including property litigation, housebuilder and construction disputes, contract disputes, higher education institution matters and injunctive proceedings. 

Rebecca also regularly advises in relation to defamation claims, data subject access requests, nuisance claims, breaches of restrictive covenant, professional negligence claims and invoice disputes.
 
Rebecca’s experience in property litigation matters includes dealing with the service of both contractual and Landlord and Tenant Act notices, advising on breaches of planning obligations, dealing with issues associated with trespass to land, managing damages claims arising from breach of contract and breaches of restrictive covenants, as well as easement and boundary disputes.

Experience

  1. Assisting and supporting senior fee earners advising a higher education institution on the defence of various judicial review cases in the Court of Appeal.
  2. Assisting with the disclosure on the case of (1) WH Holding Ltd (2) West Ham United Football Club Ltd -v- E20 Stadium LLP [2018) EWCA Civ 2652
  3. Advising on a number of disputes between housebuilders and the individual plot purchasers including consumer code claims.
