1. Acting for a collaboration of housebuilders on a strategic urban extension in Northamptonshire for approximately 2,000 new homes, drafting and negotiating option agreements with price equalisation provisions.
2. Acting for a collaboration of housebuilders on the acquisition of a residential development site in Cheshire, including drafting the collaboration agreement and dealing with the acquisition of the development site.
3. Advising on the acquisition of a residential development site in Kent for a national housebuilder, and a contemporaneous sale of part. The transaction included four different overages, security arrangements and collateral warranties.
4. Advising on the acquisition of a residential development site in Staffordshire for approximately 200 new homes. The acquisition was conditional on planning and included overages, security arrangements and future infrastructure obligations.
