Stephen has experience in dealing with UK residential property transactions and specialises in new build and off-plan property transactions. Prior to joining Gateley Legal, Stephen was a corporate finance lawyer based in Hong Kong.
Stephen primarily acts for international clients who are based in Hong Kong and Singapore. Stephen is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and reads and writes Chinese.
