The biggest event in the UK surety calendar took place in June 2022, at The Belfry Hotel and Resort. After a two-year hiatus, we were excited to welcome back UK surety professionals to the WASPs event.
Golfers enjoyed a day on The Belfry’s championship PGA course and non-golfers took part in the ultimate bake-off challenge. The evening consisted of dinner, drinks and much-needed entertainment.

This year’s golf day will be played on the world-class PGA National course.
This championship golf course presents a unique challenge with fast running fairways, undulating greens, severe run-offs and its 70 strategically placed cavernous bunkers.
Recognised by the PGA as a world-class tournament course, and the only PGA golf course in England and having hosted two European Tour golf events, the PGA National is fast becoming one of the top golf courses in the United Kingdom.
Join the golf day for your chance to steal the WASPs crown, with lots of prizes up for grabs including the wooden spoon, longest yard, nearest the pin and hole in one.

Put your baking skills to the test in The Big Birmingham Bake’s marquee.
With all the ingredients provided, team up for the ultimate bake-off challenge, to bake a show-stopping creation and be crowned the WASPs bake-off champion.
Lunch will be provided before you are split into teams of 2-3 bakers, across 12 fully equipped baking stations, with all the ingredients, instructions and decorations provided, our very own Prue and Paul will judge the bakes and crown the champions.
Please note that places are limited for the bake-off challenge and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. An alternative activity will be made available if places are full.
