From 26 October 2024, employers must take reasonable steps to protect their employees from sexual harassment under a new duty under the Equality Act 2010.

We will be delivering a 90-minute virtual training course to introduce the principles of the new duty to prevent sexual harassment. This session is aimed at anyone with people responsibilities.

Led by experienced employment lawyers, they will share their insight into what you should be considering when assessing your organisation’s compliance with this new duty to prevent sexual harassment.
