Whether this is technology fatigue or the blurring of the boundaries between our work and personal lives, leading and motivating people through this pandemic is proving more challenging.
We are bringing together a small group of senior HR and L&D professionals from a variety of organisations and industries for a roundtable discussion on how to combat this workforce fatigue. What tools and techniques have worked in other organisations? What leadership and strategies can be deployed to support leaders to lead in the right way?
