We have advised the shareholders of Westleigh Group Limited on its sale to Countryside Properties for £135m.

Based in the East Midlands, Westleigh Group provides the total package from project concept to completion, creating quality, impressive homes and buildings for sale to the private owner, institutions, industrial or commercial clients. Established in 1985 by husband and wife Chris and Judy Beighton, Westleigh Group is strategically located to provide service excellence throughout Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and the wider Midlands region.

Countryside is a listed UK home builder specialising in place making and urban regeneration and its investment in Westleigh Group Limited will strengthen its regional offering.
