Hazel Findlay is a professional climber and mental training coach who has been climbing for 24 years.
Trad climbing is Hazel’s main passion and she was the first British woman to climb a trad route at E9, and free El Capitan in Yosemite which she has now completed three times.
Through mindset and mental management coaching, Hazel helps people from all backgrounds overcome their fears and limitations.
