Gateley Plc appoints legal director to head up new residential conveyancing offering

Our Nottingham office has appointed legal director Lesley Brentnall to head up its new Residential Conveyancing offering.

Lesley has more than 25 years’ experience in residential property law and was previously Head of Transactional at Nottingham based firm, Brady Solicitors. Prior to this she worked for Shakespeare Martineau and Eversheds, both in the East Midlands.

The new offering will be managed by Lesley from Gateley Plc’s Nottingham office. As well as having experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property matters for individuals, property investors and developers, Lesley has considerable experience in lease extension work.
