  3. Representing a mother in high conflict and protracted proceedings involving the arrangements for two children. The mother successfully established that the father was negatively influencing the children and costs were awarded to the mother.
  4. Acting for a cohabitee who had property and monies gifted from her parents and wished to preserve these when her partner moved in to her home; documentation and practical advice was given in relation to protection of assets throughout the progression of the relationship.
