Anna helps housebuilders, insurers, banks, developers and commercial clients to resolve their disputes effectively through all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, traditional court proceedings and without prejudice meetings.
Anna’s experience includes advising on complex disputes involving contracts, property and land, fire safety, injunctive proceedings, shareholder/board, nuisance and misrepresentation claims.
Anna also regularly assists and advises on a range of data protection matters including data subject access requests, data breaches and complaints and reports to the Information Commissioner Office.
Experience
- Advising developers, freeholders and insurers in relation to fire protection defects in building façade systems, advising on numerous cases since the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
- Successfully obtaining an injunction for a housebuilder against individuals who were attempting to block the sale of a property on a development.
- Advising a national housebuilder in respect of the provisions of a section 38 agreement and the adoption of the estate roads at a development.
- Advising developers in respect of complex defect disputes.
- Defending data breach claims for multiple housebuilder clients.
