Barbara has many years of experience in all aspects of real estate work, including time spent working in-house at Kalon Plc.
She has a considerable investment acquisition experience and a vast amount of property finance expertise as well as significant experience of dealing with the property aspects of restructuring and corporate acquisitions, and all aspects of landlord and tenant work.
In addition, Barbara has gained vast management experience in the last 10 years which has involved developing more efficient ways of working, ensuring high levels of service delivery and working paper-light as well as developing and running an Apprenticeship Scheme as an alternative way of entering the profession.
In 2016 Barbara was appointed non-executive director of LTE Group, the largest education provider in the UK, sitting on the Group Operations Board and also on the Estates Services Board.
Barbara was the Keynote Speaker at National Law Live Conference in 2016 and was on the panel at the same conference in 2017.

I help clients to acquire and fund their acquisitions of all types of commercial property and to make disposals of the same properties.
I have specific experience of dealing with large portfolio transactions in particular from a funding perspective.
