How do you help clients?
I help clients maximise the value of their development sites by arranging for services to be moved where possible or obtaining compensation where their movement is not possible.
Where clients are affected by compulsory acquisitions I draw up suitable claims against the acquiring authority to reimburse them for their losses.
I advise clients on agreeing the most beneficial routes for infrastructure projects if I am instructed at an early enough stage in the project.
I advise on route selection with clients and their planners along with any compensation.
- Route Optioneering
- Effect on development potential
- Managing clients interests during projects
- Agricultural CPO claims
- Landowner asset reinstatement
