Dominic has a broad practice in commercial shipping and yachting matters.
In commercial shipping, Dominic advises clients, chiefly shipowners, clubs, and freight forwarders, in relation to a range of disputes and non-contentious matters. He regularly advises on charterparty disputes, cargo claims and liens. He has also advised in relation to shipbuilding contracts – and shipbuilding disputes – as well as disputes relating to ports and terminals.
