Michael is a residential development lawyer who acts for national housebuilders in the set up of sites to enable the sale of plots.
He is also responsible for the supervision of infrastructure matters arising before and during site development, allowing services to be provided to clients’ sites.
Michael previously worked for a South Yorkshire firm, dealing with residential development, residential conveyancing and commercial real estate matters and therefore has experience across the legal property sector.
