The agreements establish the legal arrangements providing for the laying and future maintenance of the roads and utility services that serve developments.

Michael previously worked for a South Yorkshire firm, dealing with residential development, residential conveyancing and commercial real estate matters and therefore has experience across the legal property sector.

Experience

  1. Overseeing a large number of infrastructure agreements for a variety of different housebuilder clients with developments ranging from a handful of units to schemes encompassing hundreds of units over multiple phases.
  2. Advising and acting for a new housebuilder in all aspects of their initial developments, including site identification, site acquisition, site set up, plot sales and ancillary matters.
  3. Acting for a landowner in negotiating with multiple parties to agree a deed of easement vital to their proposed development.
