Parisa provides advice and support to clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters in a number of sectors including insurance, retail, recruitment and medical services.
Parisa has experience acting for both employees and employers in a range of disputes including unfair dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing claims and redundancies.
In addition to her contentious cases, Parisa provides advice to clients in relation to day-to-day employment issues through a dedicated helpline service.
She also provides advice in relation to settlement agreements and post-termination restrictive covenants as well as preparing employment contracts, internal policies and procedures for clients.
Parisa provides corporate support to clients during mergers and acquisitions of companies ranging from due diligence reporting, the impact of TUPE on employees and individual and collective redundancies.
Alongside her experience in employment matters, Parisa has several years’ experience in insurance recovery claims having previously worked in-house for an insurer.
