Expertise

Reuel sets up development sites for various developers to enable them to sell their plots. This involves preparing all necessary documents, reviewing the title, planning and other documentation for the development. Reuel also reviews and approves the estate and plot plans.

Reuel is responsible for preparing management agreements between developers, management companies and managing agents as well as dealing with transfers of open spaces and residual land.

Reuel previously worked for a niche practice representing a developer on their site set ups and plot sales, mainly in Cambridge, Oxford, London and the South East.

Reuel also previously worked for a medium size developer as their legal manager, responsible for site set ups and plot sales. Reuel set up their management companies, managed external solicitors and advised on various development-related matters. Reuel was also the anti-money laundering review officer for the company.

Reuel was a barrister between 1988 and 1994; experience that has given a good grounding when reviewing legal documents and advising generally. It has helped Reuel avoid extraneous matters and identify the important issues involved and get to the root of problems.
