Viola is a solicitor in the residential development team specialising in acquisitions. She works on various aspects of development including sale and purchase of land, residential and commercial properties. She assists clients with conditional and unconditional contracts, option agreements, subsequent supplemental agreements and sub-sale agreements. She also deals with refinancing of sites working closely with the corporate team and the lender’s lawyers to ensure tight deadlines are met.
Prior to joining the acquisition team, Viola has built up her experience working with national house builders on part exchange transactions.

- Acting on the purchase and financing of a £2m commercial property sold with the benefit of planning permission.
- Assisting on the property aspects of a refinancing of a site for £8m.
- Acting on the purchase of commercial premises tying in a deed of surrender to ensure vacant possession for the buyer.
- Acting on the purchase of a £1.5m residential property for development.
- Assisting on the purchase of a £3.5m site subject to commercial and residential leases.
