Vivienne works across leadership assessment and development programmes, using evidence-based data to design processes and materials that enable individuals to make mindset and skillset shifts in order to successfully navigate their environments.
She focuses on understanding people at work from a holistic perspective, considering the individual, the organisation and the sociocultural framework in which both operate.
Vivienne has a Masters (Distinction) in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London, and a BA (First class-Hons) in Psychology from University College Dublin. She is an accredited user of the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI, HDS & MVPI), and the British Psychological Society accredited Psychometric Tests for Ability.
- Conducting detailed quantitative and qualitative reporting to provide clients with insightful individual and team data.
- Designing high impact evidence-based content for leadership development programmes, as well as materials for assessment programmes.
- Carrying out benchmarking and calibration across assessment and development reports to ensure participants are accurately benchmarked against their cohort and receive impactful reports.
- Project managing a large multi-module female leadership development programme.
