Wendy is an expert in Construction and Engineering Law, acting for clients across most sectors. She currently divides her time between acting as a professional support lawyer, which involves sharing knowledge internally within Gateley Legal and externally with client and other stakeholders in the construction sector, and practising Construction and Engineering Law.

Wendy is a very experienced solicitor within the construction sector, advising in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters. She has previously spent some time in-house as a senior solicitor with a national housebuilder. This experience gives Wendy a real understanding of the commercial needs of a business and enables her to provide more practical and commercial advice to clients.
