2. Marzouq House, the Bishops Avenue, London. Pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for a refurbishment of locally listed detached two-storey residential dwelling including demolition of existing extension and construction of new extension with basement swimming pool.
3. Tolworth Hospital, South London. Pre contract quantity surveying duties for new mental health hospital including three new blocks and refurbishment of the three existing retained blocks.
4. Riverview House and Waterside House, Uxbridge. Pre contract quantity surveying duties for the conversion of two identical four storey office buildings to residential.
