Who do we work with?

Our borrower client base encompasses a wide variety of organisations including large corporates, owner-managed businesses, property developers and investors, many of whom we have had a close on-going relationship with for a number of years.

We also act for major UK clearing banks, being on the panels for 9 of the 11 UK clearing banks, as well as challenger banks.

Real estate finance

We also have an extensive real estate finance practice, including lawyers specialising in banking and security documentation and in funders' title investigation. Asset-based lending 

We have experience in specialist work for asset-based lenders and surety houses, including the issue of surety bonds and guarantees. We also have experience in the buying and selling of debt books (including non-performing loans).

We receive high quality, high value and complex restructuring advisory instructions. Fraud and financial investigations

Offshore litigation

We have a strong and growing focus on cross-border claims and claims for offshore clients concerning matters with a nexus to the UK. We receive numerous instructions, from insolvency officeholders and creditors based overseas and, in particular, from offshore jurisdictions such as the British Virgin and Cayman Islands and the CIS, including the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan.
