We have advised Birmingham-headquartered Lander Aerospace on the acquisition of Tricorn UK Ltd (TUK) after it went into administration.
Lander Aerospace, which is a subsidiary of Lander Automotive, has purchased the specialist tubular engineering and complicated welded fabrications company, preserving 200 jobs and two existing factories in Malvern and West Bromwich.
Dan French, partner, said: “We were delighted to advise Lander on this acquisition which not only preserves 200 jobs, but allows Lander to strengthen its already very good business.”
