Ben is the Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to the construction team at Gateley Legal. He is responsible for managing know-how, supporting the team with legal developments, precedents and providing training.
He is currently heavily involved in the implementation of the Building Safety Act as the industry adapts to new regulation processes.
Ben has 20 years experience working in the construction industry, for Developers, Investors, Contractors and Funders, including over 10 years working in-house for a FTSE 250 listed Contractor and Investor. He has extensive experience with PPP/PFI contracts, in the UK and Australia and New Zealand.Â
He also has significant experience of commercial contracts, with 5 year working with a household name consumer products manufacturer, negotiating a huge variety of global contracts, particularly in the IT sector.
