We partner with a carefully selected group of preferred suppliers on positions as and when required. We have standard recruitment terms of business and processes in place with our preferred suppliers which includes taking instructions solely from a member of our recruitment team and submitting candidates via our recruitment management system.
Given these preferred supplier relationships, we do not accept any speculative or unsolicited CVs or profiles which are submitted to us, and we do not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of any losses suffered as a result of such submissions or any liability to pay a fee in respect of such submissions.
In circumstances where recruitment agencies or head-hunters do not comply with our agency policy, we reserve the right to contact any candidates, which are submitted by them, directly and we will not be liable to pay any agency fee in respect of such submissions.
Any failure to observe the above or submission of any unsolicited CVs and/or profiles will constitute full acceptance of this agency policy.
