Our team operates across all major regional and international fora, including DIAC, ICC, AD Arbitrate. LCIA, DIFC courts and local courts. 

Our extensive experience includes:

  1. Major UAE construction company: Advising and appearing on behalf of a client in relation to multiple concurrent upstream and downstream arbitrations in respect of a mixed-use development in Dubai, UAE. Total claims in excess of USD300m.
  2. Major Korean shipping concern: Advising this entity in relation to a USD1.5bn delay and disruption claim against the employer in respect of a floating production facility.
  3. Major Qatar-based construction company: Advising this client in relation to its several-hundred million QAR claim against the employer in respect of a state-of-the-art sporting facility in Qatar.
  4. Energy and utilities: Representing (also as advocate) a Malaysian government-linked corporation against a multinational contractor consortium regarding fitness for purpose-related disputes arising on a waste to energy plant procured on an EPCC basis (Intra-contractual contentious advice).
