1. We advise public sector organisations at programme inception

We can add value from the outset, assisting public sector clients with project inception and design.

We regularly advise on identifying key programme objectives and strategies to ensure the programme is set up for success from the start.

2. We advise public sector organisations on programme set-up

We advise and coach clients on setting specific and appropriate targets and deliverables, and with identifying KPIs. Our team can help put in place robust governance procedures and establish clearly-documented audit trails.

We are experts in running procurement exercises to appoint providers, including designing tender frameworks, evaluating bid documents and presentations, and awarding and negotiating contracts. We are also able to create and administer a contract management framework to ensure suppliers are meeting agreed performance standards.

We frequently oversee stakeholder management for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are appropriately informed and engaged.
