Regeneration Brainery is an award-winning aspirational academy for brilliant young minds. Set up in 2017, they work with over 4,000 young people across the UK every year.
We are proud to have become a champion partner with Regeneration Brainery, a non-profit organisation whose mission is to diversify the property and regeneration industry by nurturing future talent and increasing social mobility.
How we are supporting the Regeneration Brainery
To date, we have welcomed a cohort of 20 students and ambassadors to our Manchester office as part of their Manchester Brainery week. The day started with a warm welcome from our CEO, Rod Waldie, who shared his professional journey from studying A-levels to his role as a CEO. It also included a team building activity, led by our Talent Development Director, which focussed on the importance of teamwork and an insightful panel discussion with colleagues from across our Property Platform. Students also had the opportunity to connect with our Head of recruitment, who was on hand to answer questions on pathways and recruitment throughout the course of the day.
