Our commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion at work recognised by Stonewall

We are pleased to report that Gateley features in the top 150 employers nationally in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index 2023 published today, continuing our progress up the league table. We have also been awarded a silver award that demonstrates our success as a diverse and inclusive business.

The index provides an external review on our progress as an inclusive LGBTQ+ workplace as we continue to embed our values across the Group.

The Workplace Equality Index is a competitive tool that organisations can use to benchmark and measure their LGBTQ+ inclusion practices against other organisations.
