He has experience advising on a wide range of matters, including the sale of affordable housing units to Registered Providers, and complex high-value transactional work with a range of national housebuilder clients.

How do you help clients?

I help to ensure that our clients’ exposure to risk is minimised, and that their acquisitions are not only suitable for their individual needs, but also able to proceed smoothly beyond the acquisition stage.

Experience

1. Acting for one of the top 20 housebuilders on the acquisition of Phase 7, Omega South, Warrington, a residential development of 186 private houses and a three-storey apartment block comprising 18 flats, with an estimated gross development value of circa £70m.
2. Acting for a national housebuilder on a sale of affordable housing units to a housing association.
