Jordan acts for many of the top 10 housebuilders in the UK. Jordan’s work focuses on immediate and strategic land acquisitions through land options, conditional contracts and promotion and collaboration agreements.

Prior to joining Gateley Legal, Jordan spent the initial years of his practice focusing on commercial property advising a wide range of corporate retail, leisure, hospitality and investor clients on acquisitions, disposal, financing, and landlord and tenant matters.

Experience

1. Acting for a regional housebuilder on the acquisition and site assembly for a site in Northumberland.
2. Acting as part of the team advising a national housebuilder on the acquisition of a site in the North East.
3. Advising a national housebuilder in relation to cladding remediation works.
4. Acting as part of the team advising a regional developer on the acquisition of a parcel of development land in Cheshire.
5. Advising a local landowner on the conditional disposal of their brownfield site to a regional housebuilder.
