Louise has a varied background in the property aspects surrounding new build development and is one of the UK’s leading plot sale specialists. She is regularly consulted on plot sales initiatives, scheme structures, Government initiaives, management company structures and the impact of evolving legislation by national housebuilders. Amongst other sites, Louise has been involved in drafting for wider complex consortium sites together with management structures together with central London mixed use sites.
Louise handles complex site set up schemes across London and the South East, from large scale low rise residential developments to high rise central London apartment schemes incorporating complex management structures. Common features include complex and extensive management services arrangements and provision for residents, CHP regimes and the separate disposal of car parking spaces and structuring the disposals to allow a clean reversionary sale.
As Head of Sales in London and the South, Louise oversees the wider plot sale, site set up and infrastructure team liaising with clients’ land, technical and sales teams. She is also Head of our Guildford office.
Louise qualified as a Legal Executive in 2003 and went on to study for her Exemptions and LPC whilst working and achieved her goal of qualifying as a solicitor in 2011. Since then she has gained experience acting in relation to land acquisition, site set up and sales.
