Richard has spent time on a legal secondment with HSBC UK Bank Plc working alongside the Bank’s Corporate Banking Real Estate team.

1. Advising HSBC UK Bank Plc on a number of strategic residential development sites.
2. Advising National Westminster Bank Plc on a £29m refinance of a London portfolio.
3. Advising HSBC Bank Plc on a £60m facility over a cross border retail investment portfolio.
4. Advising Finance Birmingham on a number of West Midlands-based developments.
5. Advising Urban Exposure on a £40m plus development loan for a Birmingham based residential development.
