Tracy set up the completion department in the Guildford office over 15 years ago to deal purely with plot sale completions in an efficient manner.

Experience

1. Assisting clients meet their year-end targets.
2. Reviewing and setting up developments for completion purposes – making sure all data set up correctly in respect of site contacts, mortgages, restrictions, managing agents and management company information to ensure completions run smoothly.
3. Reviewing master lease/ transfers ready for engrossing and first completions.
