Zoe is an experienced building surveyor who spent the earlier part of her career in social housing development. Zoe has worked with both private and public sector clients, providing a full range of building surveying services including condition surveys, defect diagnosis and contract administration.

Zoe is experienced in the management of complex insurance losses and supporting loss adjusters and insurance clients with technical advice.

Experience

1. Managing complex and long-term subsidence claims, involving the mitigation of third party and local authority vegetation ahead of design, specification, contract administration and CDM duties to see projects to completion.
2. Undertaking design, specification, contract administration and CDM duties on a range of flood damaged properties; from 7 neighbouring properties damaged in a single flood event to Grade II Listed properties and basements.
3. Undertaking design, specification, contract administration and CDM duties on fire damaged properties; ranging from small localised domestic kitchen fires to industrial units affected by arson.
4. Completing specifications in collaboration with Architecture and Planning colleagues to secure planning consents on a Grade II Listed school conversion to luxury residential dwellings.
5. Advising and validating scope / quantum provided by other organisations to aid our clients.
